How are compatible cartridges and original cartridges different?

How will my order be shipped?
All orders will be shipped by either Royal Mail or Courier for FREE. It will be
delivered to your home/work place by your local postman. Typical delivery time is
1-3 working day. We provide next day guaranteed service by Royal Mail Special Delivery
at extra cost.
What do I do if I order the wrong cartridge?
If you order the wrong cartridge email us immediately to cancel the order. You can
email us at support@printerinks.com.

This product was a replacement for a blocked cartridge which caused me to waste a considerable amount of ink (all colours) before reaching the conclusion that the cartridge was at fault. I do not understand the blockage in view of the company's claim that the ink contains an anticoagulent. Replacing the cartridge solved the problem.
