FREE DELIVERY On ALL Ink & Toner Orders! This delivery option is applicable for all orders in the (Mainland) UK shipped via Royal Mail.
Orders received by 5:30pm GMT are normally dispatched on the same business day (subject to stock availability). Orders after 5:30pm will be dispatched on the following business day. Orders placed after 5:30pm on Friday will ship on Monday.
FREE upgrade to First Class service available - please ensure you select this at checkout.
Royal Mail aims to deliver over 90% of first class packages by the next working day, excluding bank holidays and Sundays. As next day delivery by this method is not guaranteed, Royal Mail will normally take 1-3 working days for delivery.
If you urgently require your order, we provide guaranteed next day delivery via Royal Mail (subject to stock availability) at an additional charge of £5.99 for your convenience.
We may upgrade your delivery method (at our cost) to a next day courier delivery for larger orders. For larger orders, we find couriers offer a better service than available from the Royal Mail.
Please note, all orders for ink and toners qualify for FREE Delivery in UK. All Office supplies/stationery orders over £25 qualify for free delivery too otherwise a flat charge of £2.99 will apply.
DELIVERY TO EUROPE
There is a flat charge of £6.99 incl VAT for all ink orders to European destinations via Royal Mail International. A charge of £19.99 will apply on all toner, printer and office supplies orders.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Occasionally, there may be delays within Royal Mail postal system. Although delays are rare, please allow 15 days for your order to arrive, particularly during the peak periods around Christmas, New Year and Bank Holidays. Unfortunately, we cannot start tracking parcels until this time has elapsed.
If you do not receive your goods within 15 working days you should and we will be able to track your delivery via the Royal Mail & our couriers.
Please note, over 40% of lost parcels are often just waiting to be collected from a neighbour or a local Royal Mail sorting office, so please check there first. Compensation is limited to the cost of the goods ordered and will take the form of a replacement or a refund.
When your order is despatched you will receive an email notifying as such. Customers who have items being despatched for next day delivery should also receive a tracking number and a link to the respective tracking webpage. If you are not home to receive your item - Regardless of whether it is Royal Mail or Courier that tries to deliver your order, you should receive a calling card. This card should give instructions on what to do next to get your item. Generally items will be returned to the depot for your collection within 7 days, please follow the instructions on the card. Important: If you fail to obtain your order within seven days it will be returned to us as 'not called for'.
If your order is returned to us and reason given by Royal Mail is "Not called for" or "Refused" or "Gone away" (or similar) you will be charge a flat rate admin fee of £2.99 to cover the cost of postage and handling. If you did not receive a 'While you were out' card you will have to make a complaint to Royal Mail or courier company as it is their responsibility not ours.
Please note Expedited shipments will lose the expedited shipment charge.
