Terms and Conditions
1. The photo you wish to submit must be uploaded to the Printerinks.com Fan
Photos album on the Printerinks.com Facebook fan page.
2. All work submitted must be an original work. We will accept photos taken by
you or photos of you. However since photos of you are usually taken by someone
else, you must have their consent to use the picture that you submit. As such,
you are required to comply with all copyright laws, any and all laws regarding
intellectual property and you will indemnify Printerinks.com for any violations
in connection with the image submitted.
3. No purchase necessary to enter the Printerinks.com Facebook Photo Contest.
4. We reserve the right to reject any photos which we, in our sole and absolute
discretion, deem offensive or unsuitable.
5. The Printerinks.com Facebook Photo Contest winners will be announced within
14 days after the end of the contest. All winners will be notified by Facebook
messages and on our wall. Winners must respond within 14 days of selection or
prize will be defaulted. All decisions of the Printerinks.com Facebook Photo
Contest will be final and binding.
6. Entrants must be residents of the UK
or Europe. Employees of Printerinks.com and its
affiliates, and their immediate family members, are not eligible.
7. Printerinks.com is responsible only for awarding the prize and not
responsible once the prize has been placed in the mail, for prize utility,
quality or otherwise.
8. In entering the contest you subject yourself to both the Contest Rules and
Legal Terms and Conditions. By submitting images to the Contest, you are deemed
to have reviewed, read and accepted both.
