How are compatible cartridges and original cartridges different?

Compatible and generic cartridges are brand new cartridges, containing only new components, and are an economical alternative to expensive brand-name cartridges and supplies, which allow the consumer to enjoy big savings over brand-name cartridges and supplies. The use of compatible or generic replacement cartridges does not void the printer's warranty.

In cases such as this, the manufacturer may choose not to repair your printer but your warranty would remain in effect for all other warranty issues.

How will my order be shipped?
All orders will be shipped by either Royal Mail or Courier for FREE. It will be delivered to your home/work place by your local postman. Typical delivery time is 1-3 working day. We provide next day guaranteed service by Royal Mail Special Delivery at extra cost.

What do I do if I order the wrong cartridge?
If you order the wrong cartridge email us immediately to cancel the order. You can email us at support@printerinks.com. Please note that all orders are shipped at 4:30 pm GMT.
