1. Can I return an unused Xerox Toner?
If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong 006R01697 cartridge, then you can cancel your order by emailing us immediately. You can email us at support@printerinks.com. Please note that all orders are shipped at 4:30 pm GMT. We will be unable to cancel your order if you email us after 3:30 pm GMT. You can also call customer service at 0800 043 1001.
Alternatively, if you are not happy with your order, then you can return it to us for free within 2 weeks of order confirmation. More information can be found on our
free returns page.

2. How to replace Xerox 006R01697 Toner Cartridge?
To replace toners on your Xerox printer, you should first open the front panel. Then pull the used toner cartridge straight out. Next, unpackage your new toner cartridge and carefully slide it into your Xerox printing machine until you hear a click sound. Now you can close the front panel and you’re ready to start printing.

3. Can 006R01697 cartridges be recycled?
Unfortunately, we are not able to recycle any Xerox toner cartridges. However, there are a number of alternative ways to recycle your Xerox cartridges:
Return your used cartridges to Xerox for recycling.
Refill your cartridges at a local refill shop
Many high streets and supermarkets may offer Xerox cartridge recycling boxes or schemes.

4. What is the yield on a 006R01697 cartridge?
A black Xerox 006R01697 toner can print up to 26,000 pages per cartridge. While coloured cartridges can print up to 15,000 pages per cartridge.

5. Are your Xerox cartridges genuine?
At the moment we only sell compatible 006R01697 cartridges. But soon we will have genuine/original versions of these in stock. If you are interested in buying the original toners, you can leave your email with us using the email address field in the listing above and we will notify you when they are in stock.
It is important to note that both compatible and genuine cartridges have the same quality and yield rate as each other. However, our range of
compatible Xerox 006R01697 cartridges
is a lot cheaper than buying genuine Xerox toners.

6. How do you ship your Toner cartridges?
