Payment Methods

Unless you have a credit account with us, you will need to complete payment for your order before it is dispatched.

How can I pay?
You can use any of the following methods to complete payment:
  • Credit/Debit Cards - we accept most cards carrying the Visa (including Electron), Mastercard (including Maestro) or American Express logos.
  • PayPal - you can select PayPal from the checkout page, or use the PayPal Express service from the basket page.
  • Amazon Payments - if you have an Amazon account, you can use the payment details saved there to complete your order from the basket page.
Help and FAQs
  • Is card payment secure?
    Yes - for maximum security, card payments are taken through a direct gateway to the processing platform and are encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).
  • Do you store my card details?
    No, we don't even see them. If you have an account with us, you can choose to "save a card" but we just hold an encrypted token. Your card details are not saved on our website or servers under any circumstances.
  • I got an error when I tried to check out
    Most errors are caused by mistakes or typos in your card details. Try again, paying particular attention to the expiry date, which is a common cause of errors.

  • I didn't get an order confirmation email
    If you don't see a confirmation email in your main inbox within a few minutes of completing payment, please check your spam or junk folder.
    Still nothing? Ask us to check, we'll be able to tell you if the order was successful.
  • I completed the order, but the delivery address is wrong
    Use a priority form to send us an urgent message so we can change it before dispatch.
  • I think I've been charged twice
    You may have completed your order more than once. Check to see how many confirmation emails you have.
    Some failed payment attempts will result in a "pending" transaction in your account that will disappear after a few days. If you only have one order confirmation email, we are only due to complete one payment.
  • There is definitely a problem with what I've been charged
    Please talk to us, we do constantly monitor our systems but can't catch every error.
    Even in the worst case scenario of multiple orders being placed and dispatched, we can still arrange for surplus products to be returned for full refund - just give us the details.
