Orders received by 4:30pm are normally dispatched on the same business day. Orders after 4:30pm will be dispatched on the following business day. Orders placed after 4:30pm on Friday will ship on Monday.

We may upgrade your delivery method (at our cost) to a next day courier delivery for larger orders. 

Although delivery times are usually consistent throughout the UK, there are times when remote, highland or island locations may take a little longer to reach. Parts or all of the following post code areas can occasionally be affected:
IV, AB, DD, KW, PH, PA, HS, KA, ZE, TR, JE, GY, BT, IM and PO30-41

When we dispatch your order, we will send you an email confirmation which includes a tracking number and a link to the relevant tracking web page. Please note that the tracking page will normally be inactive until the package reaches the first point on its journey, which usually takes 6-12 hours.
Standard and Rapid services have guideline delivery times but are not guaranteed. In some circumstances, particularly around busy times and public holidays, delivery may take longer than expected. Please allow at least 5 working days before contacting us, as we will be unable to investigate before then.

If you are not in to receive your delivery, you should be left a calling card with instructions for collecting or rebooking. 
Rescheduling a delivery can be done online via the tracking page, you will be able to choose a suitable day.

If your order is returned to us and reason given by the carrier is "Not called for", "Refused" or "Gone away" (or similar) we may need to charge a flat rate admin fee of £3.99 to cover the cost of postage and handling.
