First of all, make sure you have installed the toner cartridge correctly. To double-check this, you can gently push on the C405 cartridge to make sure that it is securely in place. If you still get an error relating to your toner, then your next best bet is to remove the toner carefully. Once removed, shake it gently and then replace it. This normally does the trick.
