How do I connect HP DeskJet Plus 4100 to WIFI?
You can print using the Wi-Fi direct option. This allows you to print wirelessly from a computer, tablet or phone. First make sure your device has the necessary software or app. If using a computer you should have the HP Printer software installed. Now make sure that the Wi-Fi Direct option is turned on. To turn on the wi-fi direct option, press and hold the ‘Wireless’ button and the ‘Resume’ button together on the printer’s control panel. After 3 seconds you should see the ‘Wi-Fi Direct’ icon display on the screen. You can now use ‘Wi-Fi Direct’ to print out your documents.
How do I get my HP DeskJet 4100 to scan?
To scan a document, first place the document on the scanner glass facing down. Open the HP printer software on your device. Now select the ‘Scan’ option in the software, and then the ‘Scan a Document or Photo’ option. Finally review the settings and click ‘Scan’. Your printer will now start scanning the document.
